PRO SALVE is a powerful postcare healing balm which accelerates cell renewal and prevents trans-epidermal water loss (TWL).

Recommended Use

Apply generously to skin throughout the day as needed to sooth and hydrate skin. CAUTION: Discontinue use if irritation occurs - Do Not get in eyes and keep away from small children. TAKE NOTE: The US. Pharmacopeia (U.S.P.) uses the terms white petrolatum and white petroleum jelly as being the same and describes it as a purified mixture of semi-solid hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum and wholly or nearly de-colorized.

Petrolatum (Highly refined White Petrolatum grade used in pharmaceuticals) – An effective moisturizing substance; used as a bland protective dressing; places a protective covering over the skin and penetrates the skin to aid in restoring the barrier; Withania Somnifera Root Extract – An herb that significantly accelerates cell renewal and limits transepidermal water loss, repairs and restructures damaged barrier function; Hydrolyzed Casein, Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein, Lysine HCI – A complex that repairs the protective barrier, supports regeneration of stressed skin from trauma; Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil – Antioxidant and MMPI (Matrix Metallpoprotease Inhibitor); works to inhibit skin matrix breakdown; Squalane (Olive) – A major component of human skin surface lipids (or oils); helps to keep skin soft and healthy; antioxidant capabilities help to protect from the harsh effects of the environment.
